It all begins with an idea…or in this case it started with lunch. Specifically Rory’s Focaccia Pizza for lunch on our full day classes at the Florida Academy of Baking. Students enjoying focaccia for lunch led to requests for the recipes, requests led to the gerbils in Rory’s brain going into overdrive and here we are now surrounded by Focaccia Buckets.

Each Focaccia Bucket has the instructions right on the lid and marking on the side so you can watch your bubbly creations progress from shaggy mess to fully proofed perfection.
